CHUPACABRAS OF UKRAINE
It seems to have become commonplace to apply the term “chupacabras” to any animal reputed to exsanguinate its victims. This applies to something in Ukraine which was active in 2010.
This beast was attacking animals, which it then left dead and bloodless. Maxim Godonyuk heard a dog being attacked and went to investigate. The attacker jumped on his back, but, when lights approached, it jumped down and departed. Another witness in the area claimed to have seen an unknown creature with striped fur and a large head.
This is certainly not the chupacabras of Puerto Rico. What it is is another matter.
